In line with our commitment to safety, compliance, and continual improvement, the
management of Tema Shipyard, led by our Chief Executive Officer, Alhaji
Osman Sulemana
, embarked on a comprehensive walk-through of the yard. The
CEO, together with some management team members and some operational staff,
visited the various departments to assess housekeeping standards and
ensure strict adherence to hazard compliance protocols.

The exercise provided management with first-hand insight on the day-to-day working environment of staff, while at the same time, reinforcing the Shipyard’s
dedication to maintaining safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace. During the
tour, some observations were made, and constructive feedback was also shared
with various departments to enhance compliance with health, safety, and
housekeeping standards.

in occupational health and safety and the ISO
