RTI Compliance Monitoring and Inspection at PSC TEMA Shipyard
Today, officials from the Right to Information (RTI) Commission paid a monitoring and inspection visit to Tema Shipyard as part of their nationwide compliance checks under the RTI Act. The purpose of the visit was to assess our level of compliance, structural readiness, and adherence to transparency and information access protocols.

The Commission inspected our documentation systems, information handling procedures, and the setup of our RTI desk. After a thorough review, they commended Tema Shipyard for our strong commitment to compliance and our well-structured approach to information management.

In addition to their commendation, the team made a few constructive recommendations to further enhance our processes and strengthen our information access framework. We welcomed their feedback and are committed to implementing the suggestions provided.

Tema Shipyard remains dedicated to upholding transparency, accountability, and full compliance with the RTI Act.
